Blinkers and other signals more easily to be spotted

I suggest that the blinkers and flash should appear above the name of the player for a better view in mid daylight when you can't see if someone is flashing you /  making a turn 

 

As an example, I left a photo of how I think the blinkers can be more easily spotted by other players

It's a nice idea, but I'm not sure everyone will use it.

1. You didn't follow the new suggestion format. Because you missed the orange banner, it won't be considered.
2. Why are lights on during the day?
3. I don't really see this as beneficial. As you can just look around you to see if someone's stopped, flashing their lights, and/or using chat. Plus, it will make names more crowded for some icons that would just be clustered and overlaid in queues.

Your idea will lose its efectivity in high populated areas, where these icons will overlap each other due to the high number of players.

This is a nice suggestion, but as mentioned above, it will be almost useless in places with a lot of players. Also, I think it would make the nametags look too cluttered.
