There are several factors, mainly your speed, when there is rain, the truck tires totally lose grip with the road, and depending on the speed you can lose control of your truck, of course, if it appears in the video that you exceeded the speed limit, you can be banned.

Driving in rain is allowed, just make sure to always have your vehicle under control. You can't get banned for driving in rain, but for causing an accident you can.
