Game audio problem

I'm having problems with the audio in the game, it just doesn't give any audio. I go to the game settings and it does not detect any audio device, can anyone help me?

Hello @pedro009,

 

Have you tested with other games/music/videos/windows sounds? Also, make sure the correct sound device is selected for Windows:

 

1. Hit the Windows key once

2. Type 'sound'
3. Open 'Sound settings'
4. Select the correct device for 'Output'

Hello there!

 

You can also go to the bottom right-hand corner and right click on the speaker icon, and then select 'Open settings for sound'.

 

If that doesn't fix it, try again to right-click on the speaker in the bottom right-hand corner and then select 'Sounds' then go to the 'Player' tab (Not entirely sure if that is what it's called in English).
Then disable all devices you don't use (You should then end up with 1 or 2 devices active)

 

Right-click the proper device and select 'Use by default'.

The problem is that I don't see the sound output in the game Euro Truck Simulator 2 and the only game that is giving me problems, the rest has sound, as I said above in the game, in the options, no device appears.

what windows version are you using and are you using Inbuilt speakers or Bluetooth  ???

I have windows 10 and I have USB headphones

I don't think the problem is from ETS2

It's from your computer 🖥 

 

Run Troubleshoot on Sound or Audio...

Restart your computer 🖥 

 

If Troubleshoot Doesn't Work⚒ 

 

try to update your windows so the required Drivers could install...

if you have any devices that are connected to your PC delete them.

 I mean all Devices should be Deleted 

Restart your computer and plug in your USB Headphone for fresh Detection...

I may not even know about the game, but it's the only one that doesn't give me sound, the game doesn't detect that there is no audio device, the rest of the games have sound and the computer is in perfect condition, only ETS2 has no sound .

If that was the problem, I would have seen it

As you can see in the image the problem is in the game I have sound in the rest of the things
