Suggestion Name: Horn valid for all trucks 

 

Suggestion Description: You can add an option to the game in which we can use the horns of all the trucks. For example, I want to add a new MAN TGX horn to an old truck, but this is not possible.

Why it should be added: A lot of us will like it.

This is already possible through save editing. You can copy the horn accessory from the MAN TGX and paste it onto any other truck you own. There's an in depth tutorial on save editing in the forums here:

it's something for SCS to do, as there isn't even a node to select the horn and I will quote a comment I saw somewhere on the forum "TMP only changes things that are necessary for multiplayer"

There is no such event, because as we know, TruckersMP and SCS team try to make Ets2 and Ats game as realistic as possible. If you think about it, you are using man but adding a scania or daf horn is completely unrealistic.As you know, there are Arabic horns or air horns in Turkey or other countries, it would be more logical if such horns were added.

Simulator must be realistic. But if you hear different model horns from the truck's horn, that's not realistic.

The horns made by SCS are not realistic, so there does not seem to be any problem

You can save edit horns across trucks, or use a custom FMOD mod and get it to work in TMP.
