Cannot link ATS to my account.

Good Evening, I'm unable to link ATS using the "Check Games" Option. I meet the requirements, including playtime.

Any suggestions are welcomed thank you.

I think it's because you have the "Always keep my total playtime private even if users can see my game details" option ticked under "Game Details" in your Steam privacy settings. I cannot see your playtime.

Hello there,

 

Pleade ensure the following:

1. That you have played at least 2 hours (120 minutes).

2. That your profile is completely public - Refer to this screenshot in the privacy settings area.

3. That you own the game, family sharing does not work.

4. That you have waited at least 5 minutes after pressing the button on your profile, the check can actually take that long if steam is having trouble.

5. Tried at least 2 times.

The Link for the screenshot doesn't seem to work for me. I unchecked "Always keep my total playtime private even if users can see my game details" and it has worked!
