hello i have a problem. I have never created an account on the WOTR website and i cant create account. please help.

As already mentioned above, it seems that you already have an account at World of Trucks that is connected to your Steam account and to ETS2.

In case you forgot your credentials for World of Trucks, you can click on the following link and try to reset your password: https://www.worldoftrucks.com/en/request_password_reset

According to its prompt, obviously your steam has been connected to another World of Trucks account, I think you should use the account of World of Trucks that you have registered or try to change other steam accounts with ETS2 games to bind!
