Flashy lights??

Hello guys,i have a question and i hope i will get a answer.I was at the new HQ event,and i saw a Scania with flashy lights,like a blinker,his lights are blinking and i don't know how,is a mod or smth?

Special Transport DLC: With this DLC you get warning beacons for all trucks. DLC link(Special Transport )

 

You can add to your truck at the Repair Shop (F7) after purchase

I'm already talking about the flashing lights, in orange, the famous rotating lights that are on top of the truck's cab, it is possible to install without doing the save edit, the game itself gives some options Rotating headlamp lights, but when buying the DLC from “Special Transport” you will have other options of rotating lights.
