It's good to see you here.

 

As for your questions, it's normal for most of players, so I think you can set in the game graphic setting. In addition, you can choose a better VPN tools(For Chinese, UU), and please keep more distance during an event.

Hello there,


In addition to the solutions above, try to select a server that is closer to your physical location - it reduces the time for the travel of data to your client. 

 

Moreover, you can also reduce network activity and reduce your graphics settings to make everything run as smoothly as possible.

 

Lucas mentioned using a VPN - if you do so, make sure to choose a location server as close to you as possible to minimise the ping time.
