my truckersmp does not open due to connection error error

I've done all the options, all the tests and I can't solve this error, I've made tips from friends, I've tested the form of another same player, I've reinstalled it several times but it doesn't solve, and I found another option to solve who can help, thank you

First of all thank you for creating this topic.

Did you make a clean reinstallation of the TruckersMP launcher? If not, let's try to make a clean reinstallation of the TruckersMP launcher.

 

I recommend you to follow this instruction on how to do that properly:

 

Step 1:
> Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard 
> Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (without the quotes) 
> Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder.

Step 2:
> Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher"

Step 3:
> Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard 
> Type regedit and hit enter
> Follow the path HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE
> Find TruckersMP and delete that registry

Step 4:
> Open Control Panel and navigate to "Programmes and Features"
> If you find TruckersMP, press on it and Uninstall

Step 5:
> Search for TruckersMP on your PC and if you find any folder delete it.
> Restart your PC.
