Time in the TruckersMP servers will keep moving when you're offline, so if you take a job and finish it during another play session time will have continued and your delivery will be late. Additionally, if you take Quick Jobs they usually still have the old times synced, causing you to be late even if you complete the delivery in one go. This is why it's recommended to get your own truck in singleplayer (should need about 3 jobs and then you can get a loan) before switching to TruckersMP.

you do have X amount of time for each trailer . It must be delivered within the given time otherwise you will not get payed ! TruckersMP max speed is set to 110 Km/h.  Use the radar to see current speed allowed . Nonetheless if you go faster than the current speed limit you will only get a fine, meaning that it will only subtract from your balance money, it has nothing to do with the current trailer or the current work !

Try to deliver your cargos in time to avoid saying you are giving them late. One good solution is to play with World of Trucks contracts.
Speed Limits are now 110km/h max and depends where you are on the map.

60km/h on cities
80km/h on roads next of cities
110km/h on highways

On arcade servers the speed limits are unlimited.
