Why is reporting players so unreasonably difficult?

I want to report a player on Europe Server 2 and I have video evidence but its asking me for the perpetrator's ID. HOW THE HELL AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THAT???????? and /pinfo does absolutely nothing.

I'm fuming as to how unintuitive this website is.

if you know the name of the player, simply search for his account here – https://truckersmp.com/

 

 

Once you've found the player, you can see his ID under his nickname.

I assume that in your video you have the name of the user. You can look the name up on the TruckersMP website to get their TruckersMP ID. If you want to use /pinfo in-game you have to do /pinfo <Server ID>. The Server ID is shown in the tab menu and next to the username.
