Suggestion Name: Improved ease and simplicity for updating the ETS2MP Client Suggestion Description: I propose that you add a new program to the ets2mp:// protocol (Like what is used to open the game from the browser), which would, upon visiting it, open up said program. About this 'program'; The program would connect to the ets2mp site which would, if required, send the update data to the update program and in turn update the client. This would allow you to add links which directly update the client (e.g. ets2mp://clientUpdate). Any example images: Nope Why should it be added?: Many users complain about the effort required to update the client, many suggest to auto update, but I think that, firstly that would dump a ton of stress onto the servers (I dont know what the statistics of the servers are, so I dont know if they could handle it) and also, if this is implemented it would also allow you to post a link to the update (like above) in the update details posts.

On the 14 of december ETS2MP facebook posted this status. It says that if all goes well then it could be released tomorrow. It is now 3 days after they posted that. Did it not go well? What happened? For reasons unknown, after installing the latest version of the multiplayer ( 0.1.1.r3 ) and opting into beta ( temporary_1_14_02 ) on steam, it says that my saves are corrupted. I can't play neither single or multi player. All feedback and help would be greatly appreciated, as i have no idea, what the problem could be. NOTE: If opting out of beta and returning to normal steam release, my saves work fine, but then the multiplayer doesn't work.

Hallo liebe Leute, seit dem letzten Update (1.14s) funktioniert der Multiplayer bei mir nicht mehr. Das könnte daran liegen, dass der Multiplayer Client eine 64bit Version ist. Es wäre wünschens Wert, dass die Entwickler die aktuelle Version auch als eine 32bit Version zusätzlich heraus bringen. Ich bekomme immer wieder die Meldung: "....\Euro Truck Simulator 2 Multiplayer\launcher.exe - ist keine zulässige Win32 Anwendung." Bitte um schnelle Hilfe! -Schnitzel86-

Suggestion Name: Snow Covered Roads. Suggestion Description: "In the land of Multiplayer, Winter finally descends on the land created by SCS" All roads throughout the Multiplayer will be covered with the snow texture to give that extra feeling of the winter season. No traction and other features will be changed apart from the road texture and perhaps the rain texture. Original Link: (Original Link) 2014 Christmas Convoy Why should it be added?: I feel like it should be added because it will be a fun cosmetic feature to add during the winter months for all drivers to experience especially if they haven't used a winter mod before. Personally I've been using a winter mod due to the winter months being around us, and possibly because the UK doesn't get snow. In terms of what snow mod to choose I'll leave that up to the Devs to find the stablest texture mod that's appealing to all users! In regarding the update I feel like you should strawpoll the community to see what their opinions are in this subject whether or not they want to see this in a cosmetic update or just leave it out all together!
