Hello! So as you may be aware, the latest update that's soon to come out includes a car for everyone that they can buy from any truck dealership. You can get it in a number of colours and even a Pilot paintjob for regular use however, these cool new additions to the game don't come without some restrictions as new rules have also been added because of this. So basically, this email was sent because we lacked the email infrastructure to send it before. As the email says, in February, our database got breached and this is the notification of that being sent to everyone that got breached as part of it. We have been working with Troy Hunt of http://HaveIBeenPwned.com for the last few days to get this up and running as well as emails listed for transparency. We apologise that this happened but unfortunately, as the website listed beforehand covers, we are clearly not the only one. And that website only covers the tip of the iceberg. Most of the time, users have no idea that this happened but we think you should know as it affects all of us, user and staff alike in terms of security. All we ask is that if you haven't reset your password between now and the 25th of February, please do so.

So this isn't a common occurance, and on a steady connection for me, as an Australian, I get around 350ms-500ms. Unfortunately 600 can happen at particularly heavy times so downloading and stuff like that will raise the the ping. Even I get it from time to time.

This isn't actually broken. The fact that you can see it at all is probably the broken bit. It works for me to pull up some of the admins reports that they have dealt with.

To all those complaining about how we operate, message me privately and I'll write up a full explanation of what we do and why. Including old practices. Mind that there is some discussion of further changes as part of a plan put forward by VODKA however we are unsure where that is leading just yet.

I can confirm what Zirox says is true. All bans that are currently in the database will roll over to ATSMP when it releases.

Most of the rules are common sense. People claim ignorance for ramming, but the answer to that is, why would that be permitted? Intentional hitting another user, because you can? That would be against the rules in any reasonable driving simulator. Admin guidelines have changed in the last few months meaning that all admins are required to have evidence that can be requested by yourself in a ban appeal or I can request it if I need to. If you have already had your 6th ban which should have been 1 month, then your next ban is 3 months, one after that would be the permanent ban however if you haven't had your 1 month ban, that's next.

No. If you've already suffered a 1 month ban, your next one will be 3 months, if you haven't had the 1 month ban, then that's next.

Additional Information: You can still appeal up to 6 and 6 only if the ban is incorrect and should be removed.
