  1. heyhococo's post in Is it a reason to be banned? was marked as the answer
Changing your money and XP in game will not cause you to be banned, since it is only a local change (Meaning that the change only applies to you, it would not affect any other players in the server).
  2. heyhococo's post in Wheel problems was marked as the answer
Is it set to “Simple automatic” in the ETS2 gameplay settings? That’s generally how it would behave if it was set to that. To change between reverse/neutral/drive then you want “Real automatic”.
  3. heyhococo's post in report was marked as the answer
Your maximum report number will increase and decrease as you make reports over time. Good reports will be given a "Positive" rating and will increase your report score by 0.5, and not as good reports will be given a "Negative" rating and decrease your report score by 0.2. The reports you can make are rounded up from your report score (So if you have a score of 13.2 you can make 14 reports) as far as I know.

You cannot see your report ratings and your report score. You can find out more here:

  4. heyhococo's post in which is the best Add-On Team or Support was marked as the answer
Can I just say, you shouldn’t be applying simply to “join the team”. If you’re just wanting to apply to simply be in the team, you most likely will be disappointed. Both support and add on teams require a lot of hard work and dedication, so you need to know that you will be able to put that hard work in.

If you just intend on joining the team for the different rank on the forums, you will most likely not have much of a chance. You can’t just expect to apply and do nothing just for the rank, you must be willing to put the time and effort in to the role.

All teams are important, as they all contribute a lot to the running of TruckersMP. No team is looked at less favourably to others, they all do a lot of good work for the team. Without the different teams, the running would not happen and everything would grind to a halt, every team has its own important role, no matter how small or big the job is.

You shouldn’t be choosing or asking “which to apply for” simply for the rank. You should be applying for the one that you know you have the skills and best interests in. Someone that may be more interested in supporting people should not be applying for Add On team, for example. Fair play to you if you’re good at both, but ultimately the final decision is up to you.
  5. heyhococo's post in Connection Refused, You are banned. was marked as the answer
This appears to be a server cache issue that other players sometimes have after being unbanned, sometimes you’ll have to wait until the server is restarted at some point to be able to join that server again.

You can still play on other servers, but generally it isn’t often that the servers are restarted so it may be a while. Or you could try making a support ticket about it for further information, they may have another solution for you  https://support.truckersmp.com
  6. heyhococo's post in A few questions was marked as the answer
I’ve looked up the players name, and this is the account it came back with: https://truckersmp.com/user/1999365 The TruckersMP ID for a report is the number at the end.

As for the other incident- a GM will review it and of course won’t ban you if you did nothing wrong. In the event you do get reported and banned, you can use your counter evidence in an appeal and the ban will be reviewed and removed if it’s as you described. Don’t worry about getting banned if you know you did nothing wrong
  7. heyhococo's post in Report queue was marked as the answer
All reports are seen to in a general first come first serve basis, meaning older reports get seen to first. This means reports from today probably won’t get seen to for a couple of days later.

This is only in general, once reports get to within the first few pages of our reports list it will get seen to (Such as within pages 1 to 5 or thereabouts).

Anyones answers about language making it faster are not correct. Reports are seen to regardless of language, it may just be a case of coincidence that you set the language and it was seen to quicker. Also the answer above about the type of evidence, that is also incorrect- all evidence is reviewed equally to others.
  8. heyhococo's post in Are we allowed to overtake in grass fields? TRUCKERSMP was marked as the answer
If it was to avoid a collision with a player in front because you were going too fast, some leniency would be given. Although in this case you probably shouldn’t be going so fast or so close that you can’t control it in the first place.

If you were overtaking someone on the grass, that’d probably be a kick as it is still considered inappropriate overtaking, but this would be if there was no incident and it was just an overtake. If you ram into someone or drive very recklessly, then that’d result in a ban. (These are just most cases, some other GMs decisions may differ from mine, this is just what I would apply)
  9. heyhococo's post in The Truckers MP is ''saturated'' was marked as the answer
That's world of trucks, select the middle option "Continue in Offline Mode" and you can continue as normal.

Currently world of trucks is under maintenance and will come back soon- as it's a non-TruckersMP add on though, we can't say when.
  10. heyhococo's post in Clarification of rule §4.10 was marked as the answer
As far as I know, 4.10 covers anything that would be indicative of acting as a forum moderator- phrases such as “The forum is not the correct place to talk about appeals”, etc. on ban complaint statuses would probably be counted under this rule if that’s what you were wondering about ban complaints.

Links simply advising on what the next action would be shouldn’t be hidden, because that isn’t backseat moderation IMO, that’s just advise given. Of course, a moderator may hide other replies and give a full explanation of the procedures if they deem it necessary.
  11. heyhococo's post in What means "^TA"? was marked as the answer
I believe it means confirmed or edited by community manager Trucking Australia
  12. heyhococo's post in Colored dots in Punishment History was marked as the answer
Green dots = Active bans, counted towards history bans and recruitment periods
Yellow dots = Bans over 1 year old, no longer active and don’t count towards history and recruitment
Red dots = Deleted bans (Due to ban by mistake, incorrect evidence or upper staff deemed not worthy of a ban), not counted towards history or recruitment, and not seen by anyone other than you and staff members
  13. heyhococo's post in I can't add reactions on forum was marked as the answer
It’s based off of a sort of dynamic counter since your first reaction within 24 hours. So for example, if your first of 10 reactions was at 2:00pm one day and the second was at 2:30pm, the next day at 2:00pm you’ll be allowed one reaction, then at 2:30pm allowed another, and so on until you’ve been exactly 24 hours without doing reactions. So basically you’re only allowed the number of reactions you’ve been given since 24 hours from the first reaction.

Its a bit complicated and hard to explain but hopefully you understand.

  15. heyhococo's post in Lag with a high end PC was marked as the answer
What you could do is disable or lower the development logging setting in the tab menu settings:
Tab in game>Right click>Click the cog>Select the development logging menu and select a lower or ‘off’ option and see if this helps you. It’s helped me and plenty of others I know with higher end PCs than mine
Note that when completely disabling this, you won’t be able to find the TMP ID of players from the spawn logs anymore- you should search their name on the website or use /pinfo (ID)  in game to make reports correctly.

Alao are you the same person as@Takumi Fujiwara 86 by any chance?
  16. heyhococo's post in Register account was marked as the answer
It’s a steam issue at the moment affecting all websites that use steam accounts information, nobody knows why or when it’ll be fixed but there’s a post in a bit more depth here:

  17. heyhococo's post in 64 bit ETS was marked as the answer
64 bit ETS2 and ATS are used as ATS is 64 bit only from release, so it made sense to convert TMP for ETS2 from 32 bit to 64 bit only, therefore eliminating some of the workload away from creating 3 different mods. This conversion was done in early February 2016 and there's an article somewhere in the news section explaining in a lot of depth

As for the 32/64 bit difference, there's not much that you will notice if you upgrade for the first time, but 64 bit makes use of more RAM if and when available, whereas 32 bit is limited to 4GB and no more (This I believe is due to legacy requirements from the likes of early Intel CPUs). For multiplayer, this extra RAM is useful for less lag within busy areas and roads, as more players can be displayed at a time, and just general improved performance when in game. Note that to run 64 bit applications, you require a 64 bit compatible CPU (This is extremely likely for most computers made after around 2008), and a 64 bit version of Windows

(That got very rambly, didn't it? )
  18. heyhococo's post in About de-activating account through perm ban was marked as the answer
A request ban works exactly like a normal ban, as in your account won’t be allowed to connect to any TMP servers for the duration of your ban (Almost all request bans are permanent)

But unlike a normal ban, you can make an appeal just asking for an unban (No appeal evidence is required) and you’ll be unbanned and it won’t count towards the history rule if/when you want to play online again. You can either do this through appeals or though the feedback system (You can ask a manager through feedback to delete a request ban from your history)

  23. heyhococo's post in I need a really help. (changing tag) was marked as the answer
Open TMP to the login screen, click the cog in the top left, then change the text where it says "Player tag", screenshot the tag you've changed to, upload the screenshot to http://prnt.sc and share the link to the screenshot in your appeal saying you changed your tag
  24. heyhococo's post in Does TruckersMP have a TeamSpeak? was marked as the answer
    Nonono it's not ets2mp.com anymore, it's ts3.truckersmp.com.

Note that it is no longer an official teamspeak server, it's just a popular place where people go.
  25. heyhococo's post in Help me - problem a player was marked as the answer
You should report him using the guide given ^ https://truckersmp.com/reports/create

My advice though is not to PM or steam chat them, just don't start a war with the troll- they're looking for attention and he clearly got it
