Hello @Pohchi,
Try running your TruckersMP Launcher as Admin, and install the updates.
If that doesn't work Delete your C:/ProgramData/TruckersMP folder. And Reinstall the launcher

I use my CB from time to time, and I have to mute it a lot due to people abusing it. I prefer using Teamspeak or Discord to talk to other drivers. And if I'm talking in-game I prioritize the text chat since the CB can be very unclear from time to time.
Improvement wise.
I think that the CB should be restricted to 1 language but that might be hard to enforce.
And I think the voice quality has to go up a bit, and the microphone volume setting doesn't do much. People tell me I'm very quiet in-game but on both Teamspeak and Discord I'm just fine.

Hello again @TheFatDrummer,
Yes you would have to make a separate report for every player reported. And I believe that linking the video and giving a time stamp on all 3 (if they are in the same video) shouldn't be a problem.

Did you already try to sleep, Fast Travel to a garage or use F7 + enter?
Because with either one of those Steps it should be fixed and you can see the Jobs again!

If you wish to find his TruckersMP ID you can search for his username on the https://truckersmp.com/ website. The ID is displayed on his profile.
The usernames in-game are the same as in the "Search for a player".
