Hello!
I find that the rain probability tends to malfunction in TMP, summer mod or not. Once it starts raining it rarely stops before the next time you connect to the server. I don't know why it's that way, so when I get enough of the rain I just put the rain probability all the way down to disable it altogether.
This is not the ideal solution, but I hope I could help.

UnauthorizedAccessException can be fixed following these steps:- Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard
- Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (without the quotes)
- Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder.
- Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher"
- Go to our website and re-download and install the Launcher with admin privileges https://truckersmp.com/download/
- Open The Launcher with admin privileges and click "Install Available Updates"

There's one but not very popular way to sync jobs: external contracts. World of Trucks offers external contracts in the game. When you open the external contracts page at roughly the same time with your friends, you'll very likely be able to get the same job from the market. The only thing some see as a downside is that external contracts are limited to 90 km/h top speed.
If you haven't created account yet at World of Trucks, you can do it here: https://worldoftrucks.com/en/join . After that you'll only need to login to the account on your game profile in Euro Truck Simulator 2 (or American Truck Simulator) and you're good to go.

The latest ATS version (1.32.3s) is now supported in TruckersMP.

TruckersMP supports the latest ETS2 version (1.32.3.4s) and Space Paint Jobs Pack is now supported and so is Dutch Paint Jobs Pack.
(Edit: Krone is supported too, of course.)

There's no way to integrate Spotify to the game as far as I know.
The way I use Spotify while I drive is that I put playlist I like playing and then go back into the game. My keyboard has Fn keys, so I can skip songs and control volume while Spotify stays on the background.
Another thing you can do is that you use another device to control Spotify. It can be laptop, phone, tablet or anything you can install Spotify on. When you login on the same Spotify account on the device as on your computer, you can control Spotify via that device while your computer is the device playing the music. You can basically do everything: skip songs, change playlists, control volume, queue songs etc. Everything that you can do on Spotify on your computer.
I do not know, if what I just described is Spotify Premium feature, so you'll have to check it for yourself, unless you have Premium. I hope I could help!

There's new update (version 1.32) out for ATS. It's unsupported in TMP for now, so downgrade your game version in order to play.

SCS released a new update (version 1.32), which is unsupported. Please downgrade to version 1.31.2.1 in order to play (temporary_1_31 - 1.30.2.1 for incompatible mods on the beta list due to typo).

@toysrusdeathsquad Have you tried to opt out of betas? No beta should/could be used at the moment.

Changed the version number to supported version (1.31.2.6s) to catch up after lack of updates to the guide.

The problem is, as konfig0 earlier said in his reply to Mikkell, that we one way or another lost majority of the Polish staff. It's difficult, if not impossible, to keep supporting the Polish community like before when there's no staff dedicated for doing that.

I would guess it was done on the side when preparing for the alternating vehicles feature, hence the timing. This is just my speculation, though.
