Good idea, I liked it. Really the skins of the GMs are annoying because it is used the same skin for years.
Having paint projects like this however with variety for the GMs would be cool and would give a differentiated in the game.

1ª Tentativa:
1. Reinstale o ETS2-MP e ATS-MP (caso haja) apertando a tecla F1 no launcher.
2. Após instalado, verifique se o erro persiste
2ª Tentativa:
1. Caso o problema persista, faça a desinstalação completa do TruckersMP (principalmente limpando os arquivos que costumam ficar em documentos, %temp%...)
2. Entre no site principal e baixe-o novamente
3ª Tentativa:
1. Desligue o seu modem de internet por 5 minutos (se possível retire o cabo LAN do seu computador durante esse período)
2. Ligue a internet novamente e quando estiver normalizado, reinicie o computador e tente iniciar o launcher do TruckersMP

4ª Tentativa - Utilizando tópico de soluções:
Procure o erro de acordo com o que diz, há duas opções para o Connection error:
- Erro do Launcher
- Problemas de Conexão
Observação: Infelizmente está em inglês.

Uma pergunta, você já tentou limpar todos os arquivos relacionados do TruckersMP (desinstalando e limpando arquivos não removidos) e instalando novamente?

We thank the TruckersMP Team for the great work and you can see that employees care about the community. One thing I get upset about is this "war" about people getting off or leaving the staff.
In my opinion, if any person left or was removed is:
1. Left by own decisions
2. The team found it better withdraw from the team for such reasonsI find all this unnecessary. I do not know about the history of the "Polish" community but I think it should match the other languages.

Entao cara, qualquer pessoa pode criar o seu próprio grupo ou empresa, basta você criar uma estrutura, regulamentações e diversos. Você monta a base da empresa como quiser, mas aí vai se você quer levar algo a sério para todos ou para amigos.
Nao tem como dizer um passo a passo de como criar uma empresa pois não é fácil, não é chegar e dizer vou criar uma empresa e vai estar pronto com 1000 membros e igual as grandes VTCs no mp.
Recomendacoes:
1. Ter um local de comunicação para todos (pagar hospedagem) de TS3 ou ter um servidor gratuito no discord.
2. Criar uma estrutura para a empresa (Exemplo: Regras, objetivos, funcionamento, metas e diversos)
3. Ter mídias sociais para representar o grupo/empresa
Inicialmente posso indicar isso para você, no momento não tenho mais coisas em mente

People like to say: Ah, but people can copy the TGM, GM, GML tags ... it's just the people they find reporting and the GMs ban, even because this is in the rules that is not allowed.

+1 The idea is good, and it would be something innovative to have to control volume, channels, open the microphone in CB radio by buttons of the Keyboard, control or steering wheel. Not having to distract and end up hitting another truck in traffic.

-1 I do not support your suggestion for the following reason: If you want to play in Europe 2 have patience, in case you are in a hurry go to other servers. There are servers with the same EU2 configuration.
And if you increase the queue limit, it can cause overloads on the server leaving everyone with a higher ping.

-1 I do not support their suggestion because this would be unfair to everyone, that is to limit functions that already comes into the game itself, people customize the truck as they like and as they should.
If it is only in the crowded areas like CxD I even support the suggestion, but limiting this on a whole server does not make sense.

The idea is good and someday I want TruckersMP to have a whole VTC system, competitions or the like, but unfortunately they are difficult things to add.

-1 It's a legal idea to honor the work and time they dedicated to TruckersMP, but if people who were retired or are "retired legends" will be posted and will receive a lot of spam and when they leave, they do not want to help with so much frequency.

Try running the Launcher as an administrator, otherwise uninstall TruckersMP by deleting all files related to TMP and install again, maybe it might help.
Also try restarting the internet and testing the launcher again before reinstalling.
