How should the Game Mods know that your uncle walked in?
And how should they confirm that you did not make that up to get out of a ban?

It is clearly visible that you did not have your truck under control any more causing this heavy accident.

That means that you are responsible and they have every right to ban you.

It is almost always impossible to tell if something is an accident or caused deliberately and the Game Mods have no idea of knowing something like that without looking into your head.

I can understand that you are upset but I do not think the moderators did something wrong here. 

If people take this pixelgame so serious then i have nothing to acheive here.

As long Russians / Chineses and whatever else with high ping drives on these servers i'll greatly sell my account and gtfo.
Its a absolute disgrace what this platform has become.

And the mods are just an absolute joke at this point. dont review my footage and just look at one guy Oh he crashed HOP BAM you are banned.

Do you completely want to remove everyone with a high ping from the servers?
TMP should be a platform open for everyone. Banning people just because they have a high ping doesn't mean they can be excluded from the servers.

And I have also reviewed the ban evidence. I do not see any mistake at all by the moderators. You were not able to keep your truck under control and that is your fault. I have not seen any counter evidence but in the evidence, it clearly looks like your mistake.

No one is forcing you to play on this platform, if you want to quit, then go ahead. It is just a game of fun but without moderation, nothing would work. That is wha a "pixelgame" needs to be taken seriously here.
