Turgineer started following Urgent minor change needed for the city of Duisburg.

Suggestion Name: Urgent minor change needed for the city of Duisburg. Suggestion Description: A simple change to the main entrance and exit of Duisburg, with only a traffic cone installed, to significantly reduce traffic. Any example images: Why it should be added: I heard that TMP has decided not to make any changes to the C-D route due to the upcoming map remakes, but putting two dozen traffic cones and setting three traffic lights to yellow shouldn't be this difficult! The traffic in Duisburg is absurd, and the bad thing is, it's not due to the poor road design [SCS's navigation system is faulty, I'll address that later] in the original map, but to the TruckersMP has a little fault too: Look, when you enter Duisburg, you have two options: take the bridge over the highway you came from to reach the roundabout in the city center, or continue south to reach the roundabout. You can't directly turn onto the company road on either side because there's a no-turn sign. Yes, a no-turn sign. *it's still there https://imgur.com/a/Ip1X5Ss If you're coming from outside the city, you can't enter the company road without using the roundabout. When the Duisburg map was first updated, many players didn't notice this, so they would try to turn and get kicked if they were spotted. Since there was a no-turn sign there, I was convinced that the TMP would soon close the turn, as this happened frequently to cautious players. Almost no one was returning to Duisburg from the company area. Even if they wanted to return (assuming the turn would be closed), they could still return to the repair shop without leaving Duisburg. Today, I played TMP after a long time and was shocked to see traffic stretching all the way to the bridge while trying to drop off a load [https://imgur.com/a/Xm7NNwJ] in Duisburg. I looked at the end of the line to see what was causing the traffic, and what did I see? A barrier separates two lanes, but the barrier clearly directed the players to make a turn they shouldn't normally make. Of course, SCS made a small mistake as ETS 2's navigation system also made such a mistake, but from their perspective it would have taken time for them to realize this since the game is a Singleplayer game. Let me give you an example: 20 trucks wanting to leave the city and 10 trucks wanting to drop off loads in the city all turn green at the same time, creating serious chaos. For every green light, at most two trucks wanting to drop off loads in the city manage to pass. Let me tell you what's even more weird, when the red light is on, the green light is on for the trucks that want to leave the company zone, and (when the server is at medium density) only 2-3 trucks come out. Please fix this.

This was a good one, I believed it for a moment.

Good idea, but they probably won't do it. So here's a little trick: Go to your truck garage in Düsseldorf. Take your vehicle to the back area of the garage (the front area won't work), do F7. And voila, you're at the Renault service and you've avoided most of the Duisburg traffic.

However, the road is already narrow, if lane separator barriers are used, the double-trailers coming from Dusiburg to Calais will insist on taking the bend and block the road. I don't think people will wait at that traffic light because the road will be closed, but just in case, the traffic lights can be put on "be careful" mode (flashing yellow light).

*If you like the suggestion, please Upvote the main post, this is important for the idea to gain strength. Suggestion Name: The main entrance road to Calais should be closed and the connecting road to Calais Port should be used. Suggestion Description: The first access road to the city of Calais is closed by construction vehicles, so players can use the roundabout at Calais Port instead of the main road. Any example images: Why it should be added: (I made the text a little bigger because I couldn't make the images smaller) The original structure of Calais turns into an infrastructure disaster during TruckersMP's peak player hours. The main problem I'm talking about is that the repair shop and the exit from Calais are in the same place. You all know where the repair shop is, the entrance to the repair shop is right on the main road and you encounter traffic the moment you exit. But the bad thing is that you can't even get out. So why is there so much traffic that you can't get out? 1) The first reason is that there is a traffic light just to the left of the main road where the repair shop exits. For this reason, it is not possible to turn left when exiting the repair shop. 2) The second reason is even worse: the only highway to Calais is the A-16. Guess what is at the entrance to this highway? Another traffic light. Normally, this traffic light doesn't affect Calais, but especially on weekends, traffic stretches from the traffic light on the A-16 to the city of Calais. When this happens, you can't leave the Calais repair shop, it's impossible. Moreover, not only the repair shop but also the garage exit is blocked, Calais is turning into a trap. - My solution for this... ...is to close the Calais entrance and exit that we always use and transfer the traffic load to the roundabout at Calais Port. This solution requires less effort than relocating the repair shop or rebuilding the city like Duisburg. It will prevent the exits from the repair shop and the garage from being blocked by traffic.

Suggestion Name: The Veteran Driver badge system should be changed. Suggestion Description: I know it's not a big suggestion, but I think the Veteran Dirver badge system should be like Steam's, with a single badge being updated every year. Any example images: No. Why it should be added: For the simpler achievements part.

Suggestion Name: Show the number of reports waiting in the queue. Suggestion Description: The report page only contains data about density, but it does not show how many reports this means. In my opinion, the number of existing reports should also be given as statistics. Any example images: No. Why it should be added: I like statistics.
-
Suggestion Name: ATS trucks in ETS 2 server. Suggestion Description: ATS trucks must be able to be driven in ETS 2 server. I don't know how technically possible this is. In the past, truck parts and trailers with DLC were not visible to players with no DLC and this has now been fixed. If this is possible, I think it should be possible for people have ATS to drive their ATS trucks and trailers on the ETS 2 servers. I think there was a mod like this: Any example images: No. Why it should be added: This would be nice to add because it's fun to see more types of trucks!

What if my report score drops completely?
Turgineer replied to Turgineer's question in Solved Topics
I'll try, sir. -
Hello, my report score has completely dropped due to my faulty reports, it was impossible for me to earn Report points again because I can't send reports anymore. So... Is there any way I can increase my Report score again?
