The speed of 110Km/h is standard in Simulation 1 on some other servers, so if the player goes at that speed, there is no reason to make a report. However, if the player is travelling at more than 110Km/h on a server that has this limit, there is a possibility that they are using a Speed Hack.

Just go to this path: ''Documents\ETS2MP\mod'' and delete all the files with the name Frosty and you'll no longer have this Winter Mod active.

Hello @ryan180495,
Try the method I'll give you below:
- Go to this path: Steam\steamapps\common\Euro Truck Simulator 2 and there you'll find all the DLCS in the .scs file, try deleting all the DLCS you have.
- After that, you go to Steam and check the integrity of the Local files.
- After that, all the DLCS will be installed again.
