just a reminder.... the winter mod is not an excuse in the event of a crash, the law states that you must drive to condition, that means if it is slick... you must slow down to retain vehicle control.... i personally think if you are speeding with winter mod, u are purposely performing reckless driving with intent to "lose control" to hit people

hi, dont hate me but i drive by the book, and yes that includes truck speed limits, if i make a mistake do not call me out on it cuz i would be aware and will avoid doing it again
