Go to your Steam Library -> Right click on Euro Truck Simulator 2 -> Properties -> BETAS -> NONE - Opt out of all beta programs
This is how it should be if you want to play on Multiplayer. -

Yes @[VNS] Yann police stuff are reserved only for Game Moderators or higher ranks in the community so you can't use them. But still you can use Pilot paintjob and yellow lights.

The best and easiest way you can get the same jobs as your friend is to use External Contracts jobs ( it is located below Freight and Cargo market ). Those jobs are always synced with other players who have connected their World of Trucks account with their ETS2 profile. If you don't already have the World of Trucks account, you can create one by clicking on the following link: https://www.worldoftrucks.com/en/join
If you want to create your own route with your friend, you can use Virtual Speditor program which can be found on the link below:

Beside what is mentioned above, there is one another way you can activate the rain. (if you have console enabled in game)
When in game, open the console by pressing ` (located right below Esc) and type the following: "g_set_weather 0-1" ( if you set to 1, rain will be activated, when you want it to stop use 0 instead )

Ako ti je vec namesteno tako onda izaberi beta 1.33 temporary i sacekaj da se skine, i kad zavrsi opet ides NONE da ti izadje iz beta verzije i skine najnoviju.
Ako ni to nece, reinstaliraj launcher/ETS i probaj ponovo.-

If your VTC/event does not meet the requirements, they will tell you the reason why if it gets rejected, so you try to correct it until next time.

Unfortunately, you cannot use any mods in Multiplayer except Additional Customisation mod by Forerunner which can be found on the link below:Guide on how to use it properly will be found on this link, and also make sure you read and follow the Save Editing rules located in official TMP rules starting from rule 3.0, link can be found on this topic as well.

I've noticed that your mod files have "(1)" in their names and this is causing your problem so you cannot see winter mod enabled when you connect. ( you should not edit anything in mod files, otherwise it will not work )
All you need to do is to rename all 3 mod files and delete "(1)" from each of them and enter the game again and see if it works.

Have you also tried doing these options ?
- Press F7 and go to service station
- Travel to another garage
- Changing truck
If not, try them, they work in the same way as sleeping.

@dragonslayingmaster1000 since you cannot get jobs for doubles outside Scandinavia/Finland or HCT outside Finland, i don't think you can accidentally enter the restricted area. If you enter restricted area, it can be done only intentionally since you clearly can see that area. After all you are freeroaming with doubles, so you choose your route.
Even if you enter the area, how do you think to turn around with doubles and where, since it is high populated area ? You would then probably need to block the road, or make an accident and that is against rules.
I think we should be gratefull because they allow us to use them outside Scandinavia/Finland, and now you are complaining because you got kicked when you enter the restricted area. I don't really see the point of what you are saying.-

To get the Volvo trailer, i think you need to have Scandinavia map expansion DLC. If you already have it, you can get it only from specific company located somewhere on Scandinavia.-

Not bad suggestion. There are for sure some people that would like to talk to other real life truckers and share their experiences, so this section on the forum would be nice.
I am not yet an real-life trucker but i hope i will be in few years. So i will be interested in reading the content of other people and maybe learn something.
+1 from me. -
6 gears are better for sure than 12 gear, at least for me and i'll explain below why.
1. Better optimization for low and medium cargoes up to 24T (haven't tested yet with higher tonnes)
2. Much faster acceleration
3. Much easier to use and control gears in many situations
4. Doesn't need that 1 second time to change between gears like on 12+ do, it just still goes forward like you are still in the same gear
I am using 6 manual gearbox on almost every truck and it really feels faster than 12 gear so i recommend you take manual instead of automatic.

This would be nice addon. As said above, i can confirm that lots of people are spamming their horns for no actual reason other than to annoy other players.
I know that there is an option in TMP settings to disable horns, but not all people know this,and horns are sometimes actually usefull so this would be great thing to add.
About how it could be modified,is when player presses H or N and if he holds it for 3-5 seconds, he will get a warning that he should release it and not use it for another at least 20 seconds or he will get kicked within the next 5-10 seconds. ( just an example from me )

You will probably have to wait some more time for your feedback to get reviewed because you have to understand that you are not the only one sending feedbacks to Game moderation management, and yours is not the only one waiting to be claimed.
Also Game Managers have their own life and they work etc. so they are not 0/24 on the website answering feedbacks,but of course it will get reviewed. Hope this helped.
