In this province, there are several open-air museums, free of charge, called Atalanta, Tidrart, and Aherrir. These are some of the natural museums. If you're interested in visiting them, the best time is considered to be from October to May. Currently, the Algerian authorities have eased the procedures for granting tourist visas to foreigners, especially those visiting the Sahara. You just need to get in touch with an agency that is licensed and they will provide you with the visa upon arrival.
