Heavy cargo & triple trailer configurations are not allowed Only approved Event Staff are able to use the following words or phrases in their player tag; "Convoy Lead", "Convoy Tail", "Convoy Media", "Event Supervisor", "Event Organiser" or “Event Manager” Public must park in their designated parking locations. Trailers above 30 metric tonnes are not to be used Public may only depart under the guidance of Event Staff, a Supervisor, Organiser or Manager Participants must remain in a single-file throughout the convoy unless given permission to overtake by a Supervisor, Organiser or Manager; Free-roaming on the server is strictly prohibited. The following rules apply to Event Staff only: Wrong-way driving, parking out-of-bounds (in safe locations e.g. NOT on top of buildings or objects), overtaking and blocking of roads is permitted for all Event Staff in accordance with the rule below. Event Staff are allowed to overtake on roads with a central reservation barrier only. Overtaking the convoy cannot be performed by more than 2 event staff members at a time. Cars are prohibited (Except for Event Managers and Game Moderators)

Cars are prohibited (Except for Event Staff). Event Staff can drive the incorrect way on roads with a central reservation barrier only. Overtaking the convoy cannot be performed by more than 2 event staff members at a time. It is not permitted to drive the incorrect way unless given permission by Event Staff in accordance with the rule above. Event staff are permitted to block intersections in order to guide the convoy.

Do not block or mislead other participants. Do NOT overtake. (Convoy Control, Event Supervisors & Authorized Media are only allowed to overtake on roads with a central reservation barrier. Overtaking the convoy cannot be performed by more than 2 event staff members at a time.) The wrong side of the road can be used to overtake by Event team and authorized Media Staff only in accordance with the rule above. Convoy Control can block junctions in order to guide people to the right convoy path. This will be done with a special savegame. All participants must use a trailer. If you are known to cause lag, please remain at the back of the convoy. Please refrain from bringing double/triple trailers or any heavy cargo trailer that may result in slowing down the convoy. Respect all participants and enjoy the convoy. Convoy participants must only leave the starting location when instructed to do so in an orderly (one by one) manner. Only TruckersMP staff and Event Staff are permitted to use cars. Other participants are not allowed to use pilot cars and must always drive in a truck! Free Roaming is not allowed on the event server at all times.

Using a player tag containing ‘RLC’ when you aren’t a member of RLC is forbidden. As long as it is safe, participants must catch up to the convoy if a gap is present. Participants of the convoy must ignore traffic lights unless it is unsafe to do so. Anyone, unless stated otherwise by RLC Event Staff, can participate in the RLC Convoy even if you aren’t a member of RLC. Participants must follow RLC Event Staff instructions at all times. A trailer is required to participate in the convoy. Trailers, including those which have been save edited, must not exceed 10 tons; Heavy haul trailers which result in a large gap within the convoy are not allowed. Participants that have a higher latency or lag during the convoy must drive towards the back of the convoy. Free Roaming is not allowed on the event server at all times. Beacons are not to be used in the starting location and destination although they can be used while driving. Convoy participants must only leave the starting location when instructed to do so in an orderly (one by one) manner. Advertising of any kind, without permission from RLC Event Staff, is forbidden. Participants must remain in a single-file line while driving in the RLC Convoy. Overtaking during the convoy is not allowed without permission from RLC Event Staff. The following rules apply to Event Staff only: Incorrect way, blocking and out-of-bounds parking is permitted for Event Staff in accordance with the rule below. Event Staff are allowed to overtake on roads with a central reservation barrier only. Overtaking the convoy cannot be performed by more than 2 event staff members at a time.
