You cannot just simply delete your ticket. Just edit your comment if you can and say that your problem has been solved and they can finish your ticket. If you can edit your main comment, than they will be able to see it even before reading your message saving time.

The time in the game on TruckersMP goes much faster forward. The real life time does not match with the game's in-game time. 10 real life seconds is 1 minute in-game. Actually, fun fact, the server's exact date today is 09/04/2065 🙂

Unfortunately, you can only file a website report with a valid video evidence if the person who you want to report committed a violation in connection with the §2 - In game rules. You have the option to report them in-game, however, on the famous Sim 1 server in-game reports have an increased chance of being timed out as there are a lot of other reports. You can try to use a different recording software if your PC can handle the load, I personally would recommend using OBS.

Currently the API is not working correctly. Unfortunately you cannot really do much in this situation, you will need to wait until the issue is resolved. You could try to login multiple times but this "solution" is definitly not a real solution, just maybe a way how to try to play with the game.

Using this kind of cheat is only local and not affected in any way of TruckersMP, so due to this reason you are free to use such tool to edit your XP and your money.

I belive that this was caused due to that TruckersMP API was down at the mentioned time-frame. Now as how I can see it should be working perfectly. However, unfortunately, since TruckersMP's server provider, OVH suffered a fire, the servers are quite instable, and it can happen that you get disconnected while driving. The best thing to do in this case is to pull over, and wait until the connection establish again. You can check TruckersMP service's live status at https://stats.truckersmp.com/live:

According to ban evading rule, ban evading is that if you create an another account while your other account(s) are banned to play. Please note that this rule violation will be punished with a permanent ban. To answer to your question, you can have 2 TruckersMP accounts, but if some of them gets punished and if you use the another not banned account to play, both of the accounts will be punished with permanent ban. Check out the ban evading rule:

Yes, active bans are bans which are not older than 12 month counted from the expiration date of the ban. Currently you are banned and it will expire on 16 Feb 21:49 UTC, which means that this ban will be "inactive" after 2022 16 Feb 21:49 UTC and will not be taken under consideration when issuing the bans. But keep in mind that if Game Moderation Managers thinks you have registered on TruckersMP for the sole purpose of violating the rules intentionally they might ban you permanent.

The problem is that the game time on the servers at TruckersMP is always going forward and forward even if you are not online. And when you join to the server, the time is way too much than what elapsed in real time. Try to deliver a job within the same playing session and avoid delivering quick jobs.
