I checked it in-game. This paint is from one of the dlc. Namely Super Stripes Paint Jobs Pack dlc. The specific name of the paint is: Flash.

Below is the configuration from the game. Of course, the colors may be slightly different. However, I managed to get the same pattern.

I have a solution. You can try:
Goto Documents/ETS2MP open file "config" search for the ruler: "scoreboard_size_y" your number change your number to for example 200 save file

Game Manager @Aek177 wrote a few sentences related to reporting deleted accounts, recently in Q&A section:
If you mean you cannot report them because the account is deleted, then the best thing to do is make the report with another TMP ID and state which ID you meant to report in the comment section. So, yes you can still report deleted accounts but the report system won't recognise the ID when you try to create the report if that makes sense.

I think it is worth quoting the following article from TruckersMP Knowledge. Might help you.
How to install ProMods for TruckersMP: https://truckersmp.com/knowledge-base/article/614 (available in several languages)
This is true. At least it's been that way till now, so should be similar in the near future.
You can select the preferred option how you want to download ProMods.
The paid (fast) option will make you able to download the full mod in one archive, at a higher speed than the free (slow) option. If you chose the slow option, you will have to download all files one by one.

Restart your the router/modem & PC Go to "This PC" and copy/paste this path C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\WebCache & C:\Windows\Temp\WebCache (if available). Delete all files from both folders. Launch the launcher as administrator and try again II. Try cleaning your temporary System Files with CCleaner.

"Yellow colour of a ban

Yellow marked bans have filled 1 year and have partially lost their effect. 4th 5th and 6th bans are not taken into consideration.
The following still applies: If you have at least two history bans of the same length in your ban history, Game Moderators may extend your ban to the next ban history length, regardless of how many bans you have had in the last year. For example, if you have already had two 1-month bans, your next ban can be extended to 3 months. If you have two 3-month bans, your ban can be extended to perm. Note that bans that are extended due to it being your 4th, 5th or 6th ban cannot be removed, they are strictly 1 month, 3 months and permanent.
 
Green colour of a ban

Green marked bans are passed (1 year is not complete) or active ones. The 4th 5th and 6th bans are taken into consideration to extend a ban based on the history."

Open the "config_local.cfg" in the profile folder in your text editor (Notepad,...). Look for the line 'uset g_force_economy_reset "0"' - change the 0 to 1 and save the file. Now, start TruckersMP and load your profile. You should receive a message saying "Game change detected". Your economy should have been reset now. Lastly, exit the game again and change that 1 back to 0 in your "config.cfg", otherwise, it'll reset every time you start the game. Note: This is only a temporary fix to the issue. Most likely, you will need to do this every time when you play in TruckersMP."

At the moment:
Steam - Euro Truck Simulator 2 - Right Click - Properties - BETAS for Euro Truck Simulator 2 - NONE - Opt out of all beta programs 
Install update & restart Steam.

Triple trailers aren't allowed in TruckersMP.
Look
1. Rules: "§3.4 - Trailer combinations
It is only permitted to use a trailer combination which is default within each game. The exact trailers and cargoes used do not matter in this rule and can be mixed freely. The maximum length of any trailer combination must not exceed the length of the longest default combination ("HCT" for ETS2 and "Turnpike Double" for ATS, see images below) - using a longer trailer on any combination is permitted if it is within this length.
Allowed combinations for ETS2 (styles and sizes will vary)"

2. Why have the save editing rules been changed? [Road to Simulation]:
The save editing rules were changed drastically within the Road to Simulation update, and we have listened to the community that they want clarity as to what is and isn't allowed now and the reasons behind us making these changes.
What has changed and why
Only default trailer combinations are allowed. The main example which the community has commented on are the triple trailers which are no longer allowed in ETS2; these had issues with handling, size and were not realistic to ETS2. 3. It is worth quoting the following excerpt:

Using any kind of tool to change gameplay, including but not limited to using the in-game console, trainers or cheat engine in order to bypass the speeding limiter, to jump hack, no collision hack or anything similar. Misusing features such as the ghost mode to cause damage to others or similar.

Co masz na myśli poprzez "real operations" ?
Jeśli chodziło Ci o event TMP Real Operations V6 to już się odbył 24.02.2019r. Było to 4-godzinne wydarzenie przygotowane przez team, które odbywało się na oddzielnym serwerze.
Wszystkie zdarzenia(wypadki,objazdy,utrudnienia) odbywały się dzięki osobom z teamu, którzy byli online na serwerze i je tworzyli natomiast gracze, którzy weszli na serwer eventowy (24 lutego)mogli poprzez jazdę po wyznaczonych drogach w tym uczestniczyć.  Z racji tego iż np. karetka, straż pożarna, przewrócona ciężarówka czy wiele innych rzeczy, które można było spotkać na drogach nie były zwykłymi modelami umieszczonym na serwerze tylko za każdy z nich odpowiedzialna była konkretna osoba z teamu (poruszała się pojazdem, ostrzegała o utrudnieniach zwykłych graczy itd.). Wymagało to ogromnego zaangażowania sił i dużej organizacji.
Z tego względu Real Operations v6 był wydarzeniem, które odbywało się tylko przez 4 godziny.
