From what I see on the screenshot, I think that you use DirectX11 in order to play Euro Truck Simulator 2 in Multiplayer.
Since the DirectX 11 version was added as experimental version in 1.35 it has some bugs in the Multiplayer like resolution issues.
So, in order to fix that problem, I recommend you to switch back to DirectX9 because as I mentioned above, DirectX11 contains some bugs.
 
To do that, follow the instruction:
> Navigate to Documents --> Euro Truck Simulator 2 folder
> Open Config.cfg with Notepad.
> Press CTRL + F on the keyboard and search for dx
> Change dx11 to dx9
> Save and close the file.

As you mentioned, you created a new profile but make sure that you do that in the Singleplayer as if you still do that in the Multiplayer then nothing will change, you'll encouter that issue again and again.
You need to create a new profile in the Singleplayer and play there until you won't get enough money to buy an own truck. Once you buy a truck, you can move to the Multiplayer.

First of all, thank you for creating a topic in the Help section. 
SCS just released another patch for Euro Truck Simulator 2 which is not compatible with TruckersMP.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to downgrade at the moment. If you have updated your game or Steam updated it automatically, there is no way to play multiplayer.
 
We are working on an update to support ETS2 as fast as possible. Thank you for understanding!

First of all, thank you for creating a topic in the Help section.
In order to fix that issue, you need to unplug your router (turn it OFF), restart your PC, wait for 5-10 minutes and plug the router back (turn it back ON) and then try again.
 
If that didn't work, then I recommend you to follow this solution:
Open Windows Date & Time Settings (https://i.imgur.com/Q3aUlQ6.png) Later, follow these steps:
"Automatic time setting" → ON "Set time zone automatically" → OFF Select a time zone (for example, UTC + 01:00) Restart your computer to test and try again start the game If your problem still exists after you've done all the steps above, try these:
Try to log-in multiplayer with different router. Try to log-in multiplayer with the internet of your phone that has android or iOS OS.

First of all, thank you for creating a topic in the Help section.
The reason for your game crashes on the Arcade/Event servers is TrucksBook.

There are 2 things you can do:
Uninstall TrucksBook and remove it from plugins folder as well "D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Euro Truck Simulator 2\bin\win_x64\plugins\TruckyTelemetry.dll" Avoid playing on Arcade/Event servers and play only on the Simulation servers. Kind Regards,

According to the TruckersMP rules:

Your name must consist of only alphanumeric characters or else it will be changed by staff without notification.
...]
 
҉  is not an alphanumeric character, it's not from any alphabet and you can't type it via the keyboard, so that's just a symbol which makes your nickname not searchable. That's the reason, why your nickname was changed to User_TMPID.

As you have mentioned above, you updated your game to the latest version (1.35), so most of the mods are not updated yet to that version, so they can cause lags as well as game crashes.
I recommend you to remove such kind of mods and delete the latest saves as they may be damaged. If that doesn't help then try to create a new profile and check if the problem persists.

As I understand, you do not have purchased Krone and Schwarzmuller DLC. To fix that grey and red trailers with titles you need to buy these DLCs. Also, there is a sale right now, so it's cheaper

At the moment, event destination city is Ancona which is in Italy (DLC Part), so if you don't have the DLC you are not able to delivery event jobs. You can wait until the destination city will be changed or purchase Italy DLC.

As far as I know, the destination city right now is Ancona (Italy DLC) and as I understand you don't have the DLC, so that can be the reason why event jobs don't appear for you and others.

When you take a job from External Contracts (World of Trucks jobs) you are not allowed to use F7, save game or flying mode due to World of Trucks job delivering rules.
If you try to use F7 command you'll lose your job. The only thing you can do is to avoid crashes, flipping or anything similar but even if you crash feel free to use /fix command if you're playing online.

Please, try the following:
 
Step 1:
1. Open Steam, go to LIBRARY -> GAMES
2. Right click on Euro Truck Simulator 2 and open Properties
3. After the Properties window has opened click LOCAL FILES tab and press BROWSE LOCAL FILES
4. A folder with game files opens. Remember the path to this folder
 
Step 2:
1. Click Start -> Run (or WIN+R)
2. Type regedit and hit enter
3. Follow the path HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\TruckersMP
4. Look at the value parameter "InstallLocationETS2"?
 
Step 3:
1. Copy the folder address from STEP 1
2. Change the value parameter "InstallLocationETS2" (Insert the copied folder address)
3. Click OK.

There's no official information about that, I was looking for it for a long time and I think that update was necessary for today's Real Operations 6 event.
