  3. Hello there, The issue with the different resolutions has been solved with the latest chat update. For more information visit the link below. Sincerely, Leon Baker Community Manager // Completed
  4. While we did explore the idea of adding language filters or a translation option to enhance communication, we've decided to prioritize other valuable improvements due to the significant resources required for such a complex feature. Thank you for your understanding!
  5. Thanks for bringing this up! Our Developers are already looking into a solution for the players who use the right-side steering.
  6. With the new chat system there is no scenario in which you can use mouse steering and scrolling within the chat at the same time, regardless of what setting you choose. Developers considered implementing scrolling option without the need to have the cursor enabled, so the mouse players would be able to scroll within the chat and steer at the same time. However, they faced some technical difficulties with this scenario, and it would not work the way it should, so this is why the current method was implemented. There is an option "Enabled on mouse right button", which in my opinion, should be the best one for mouse players. But it was reported to us that it is bugged. If you use the right click and enable the cursor, right clicking once again does not hide it, so you need to use ESC button or close the chat to hide the cursor. Developers are aware of it, and they are looking into fixing that. For now, as a mouse player myself, I would recommend disabling this feature entirely. With this feature being disabled, you won't be able to scroll and drive at the same time, unless you have your TAB open and you enable the cursor, which is still dangerous but can be useful in rare cases when you have a straight road and you are sure you won't have to use steering when scrolling.
  7. Hello @Acctim, Thanks for the suggestion! I would like to inform you that we have plans to look into the way NCZ system is working but it is a complex task due to limitations from the game engine and physics. For now, I will be rejecting this suggestion, but we will keep this in mind when we revisit the NCZ system and the way it works in future. Thanks for understanding! Sincerely, Leon Baker Community Manager // Rejected
  8. Hello @Acctim, Thanks for your suggestion regards to extending the collision zone at Calais Docks. After careful consideration, I regret to inform you that we will not be proceeding with this suggestion. Modifying the non-collision zone in that specific area is not possible due to buggy items there. The only thing I could suggest is driving more carefully in areas such as that one to avoid any possible collisions and accidents. Thanks for understanding! Sincerely, Leon Baker Community Manager // Rejected
  9. Hello @30maes, Thank you for your suggestion regarding the window opacity in the chat frame. After careful consideration, I regret to inform you that we will not be implementing this feature. The background serves a crucial role in maintaining chat readability and organization. Adjusting the opacity of the chat would not enhance the user experience and would require additional maintenance without significant benefits. Thanks for understanding! Sincerely, Leon Baker Community Manager // Rejected
  10. F9 is no more hiding the chat. It is now merged with F11 button as explained within the blog.
  11. If you disable this feature through the settings, you will need to have your TAB open to enable cursor (right click) and only then you will be able to scroll, but you won't be able to steer during that time, so I do not recommend using the scrolling feature when using mouse for steering. No, you cannot change the font of the chat due to our new font engine. They are no longer needed due to autocomplete feature.
  12. Howdy TruckersMP community! We are excited to share some news with you all, our Development team have been working hard, and we are delighted to present the new and improved chat system - now available on TruckersMP! What's New? Though the new chat system retains the familiar TruckersMP style, it has undergone a complete overhaul, bringing numerous improvements to this popular tool. Enhancing Accessibility and Experience One of the most significant improvements is the enhanced accessibility now offered by the chat system. The text font is now easier to read, and the font size is larger right from the start. Additionally, your screen size should never limit your experience. With functional scaling, the chat system automatically resizes based on your resolution. Whether you're playing on a larger or smaller screen, everything adapts seamlessly, giving you the best possible experience. Additionally, you can manually scale the size of HUD elements through the interface settings. Mouse Input Customization You can now interact with the chat using your mouse by scrolling through the chat and clicking on player names and mentions. To provide the best possible experience, we have enabled mouse input by default. However, we are well aware that many players use mouse input for steering, and we've got you covered! It is possible to disable this feature through the interface settings. Streamlined Keyboard Shortcuts We have made a small change to the keyboard shortcuts. The F9 key no longer hides or shows the chat window. Instead, we've streamlined it to align with the rest of the GUI (Graphical User Interface), and the F11 key now serves this purpose. That's not everything! We have prepared a few more changes: Text Magic at Its Finest: Say goodbye to those irritating missing characters - our new font engine supports various character sets, including Chinese, Georgian, and even emojis, ensuring everyone's messages look perfect. Type Confidently: The input box has had a makeover - it can now handle longer messages (up to 200 characters) without cutting them off and supports commands (like Ctrl + Shift + arrows). Never Miss a Beat: Keep up with the conversation - the message history can now store up to 60 messages, and you can easily scroll through them. Time Stamps for Your Convenience: We've added time stamps to player messages, so you'll know when something was said. If you like a cleaner look, you can easily hide them in the settings. Chat with Ease: Using commands and mentioning other players is easier than ever, as the chat system offers dynamic autocomplete suggestions, making chatting a breeze. Your Feedback Matters! As with any update, your feedback is invaluable to us. We want to ensure that the new chat system meets your expectations and works seamlessly. Contact the Support Team if you find a bug and Community Management for suggestions and feedback. This will help us to refine and improve this update further. So, buckle up truckers! The new chat system is ready for action. We can't wait for you to try it out and have a blast chatting away with other drivers. Happy trucking and keep those wheels rollin'! -TruckersMP Team --> View post on homepage
  13. Hello @CO4LS0N_, Thanks for the suggestion! I regret to inform you that we will not be proceeding with this suggestion. It falls under the area of modifications to the core game, which is beyond our scope as a modification project. While we value your input and creativity, truck modifications such as tire paint would ideally be directed to the game's original developers, SCS Software, who are responsible for implementing changes to the base game. I suggest you to consider contacting SCS Software directly through their official forum to discuss your proposal. They have the knowledge and resources to assess and potentially include such additions into official game releases. Thanks for understanding! Sincerely, Leon Baker Community Manager // Rejected
  14. Hello @Somehow Lucky, Thanks for the time and effort you have put into this suggestion. I regret to inform you that we will not be performing the vehicle downgrade for banned players. While we understand the intent behind this concept, we made this decision for a variety of reasons. Developing a system that dynamically changes a player's vehicle capabilities based on their ban status is a technically challenging task. It entails the creation of new mechanics, intensive testing, and continual maintenance to guarantee that it runs well. These resources could be better used to address existing issues and bring improvements that match with the goals of our community. Our primary goal is to provide a fun trucking experience for all of our players. Introducing a mechanism that downgrades vehicles for banned players may detract from this purpose, producing annoyance and unhappiness among players who cherish the freedom to fully utilize their vehicles. I would love to express that your contributions to the community are highly appreciated. While this particular idea may not be feasible for implementation at this time, I encourage you to continue sharing your thoughts and ideas. Thanks for understanding! Sincerely, Leon Baker Community Manager // Rejected
  15. Hello @Lee14026, Thank you for taking the time to share your suggestion regarding the Punishment System Restructure. I regret to inform you that we will not be proceeding with the suggested Punishment System Restructure. Our current punishment system, while not flawless, maintains a balance between maintaining order in our community and ensuring fairness. I acknowledge your desire for a system that might result in lesser punishments, but it is crucial to maintain a system that upholds our standards and promotes a healthy environment for all players. We encourage you to consider the various factors that contribute to the current structure and the complex dynamics involved in maintaining a balanced system. Thanks for understanding! Sincerely, Leon Baker Community Manager // Rejected

  19. Hello @Sathanas01, Thanks for the suggestion! Unfortunately, this is the only issue with the HUD that we cannot fix due to limitations of the technology we used to implement it. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for understanding! Sincerely, Leon Baker Community Manager // Rejected
  20. Hello @[GTW] !!.AMIXSO.!!, Thanks for the suggestion! A few months have passed since you submitted this suggestion and within that period we have released a few more achievements, such as "Delivering TruckersMP", "Celebrate TMP9", "Fruity Freight Fiesta" and "Veteran Driver". We are definitely not going to stop on that, and you can expect to see the list of the available achievements increasing in the future. If you have suggestions on specific achievements that we could offer to the players, feel free to submit those within a separate suggestion topic. Sincerely, Leon Baker Community Manager // Completed
  21. Hello @Bello QAQ, Thanks for the suggestion! If you delete your VTC, you will lose the ID assigned to it, the same goes for the TruckersMP profiles. In case of re-creating the VTC, a new ID will be assigned to it. Players search for VTCs based on the name, not based on the ID. If you want players to find your new VTC, you can always change the link to the new one on your socials and website, so there won't be any issues on that matter. That being said, I will be rejecting this suggestion as per the explanation provided above. Thanks for understanding! Sincerely, Leon Baker Community Manager // Rejected
  22. Hello there, Thanks for submitting the suggestion. However, I would like to note that this has already been suggested here - To avoid duplicated suggestions, I will be closing this. Thanks for understanding! Sincerely, Leon Baker Community Manager // Rejected
