Hello there, @[GER] nevacien1899, If this happens on ProMods servers then I am afraid there is not much you can do as it is a known bug related to ProMods map. I can only advise to avoid zooming in map when playing ProMods servers. Thanks for understanding! Kind regards, Leon Baker Support Team

После того как произойдет обновление, нажмите на кнопку обновления ещё раз что бы лаунчер проверил целостность файлов лаунчера. Закройте лаунчер и проверьте если он ещё раз попросит скачать обновление. С уважением, Леон Команда Поддержки

У автора видео "TruckersMP Installation Directory" стоит на C:\ProgramData\TruckersMP, но у вас скорее всего другой путь. Вы должны скопировать тот путь который стоит у вас, перейти по нему и там удалить данный файл. С уважением, Леон Команда Поддержки

Здравствуйте, @sashkew, Добро пожаловать на форум TruckersMP! Если вы используете новый лаунчер, его папки нет в реестре и данное решение работает только со старым лаунчером. Вам нужно обновить игру до последней версии, чтобы сделать это следуйте инструкции на скриншоте - https://i.imgur.com/KCgLHkt.png После этого дождитесь загрузки новой версии, наблюдать за процессом загрузки можно нажав сюда - https://i.imgur.com/3rJs2gh.png После того как обновление загрузится, можете заходить в мультиплеер. Hello there, @tailing981, You had to use the ban appeal system when you received that ban. If you got unbanned before you managed to appeal it, you had to contact he Game Moderation Management via the feedback system within the 14 days after the ban has expired. Quote from the rules: §5.3 - Appealing and filing a complaint Since you failed to do both in a timely manner, you cannot appeal that ban, nor complain about it via the feedback system. What to do now? Well, you have to wait till all of your bans become inactive, as well as wait for the first ban to become older than 24 months (2 years), because you cannot have more than 3 bans within the last 24 months at the time you apply for any position, that's one of the core requirements. That means, if you would like to join the team, based on the current requirements, you have to wait till 17th September 2024 before you meet the core requirements mentioned above.
