  1. NeonLeon's post in Question about Report was marked as the answer
    Hey RedWolf,

    This can happen because of certain internal processes regarding the report. I can't give you an exact answer as it could have many reasons. I doubt that the user was banned based on your evidence and the report was then unclaimed, at least not on purpose. There is also a specific time after which automatically claimed reports are unclaimed if the moderator in question does not take action. I assume nobody here will be able to tell you what the cause of the problem pointed out by you is, unless you create a feedback ticket.

    Well, the status heavy is based on the number of reports pending in the system, it is not based on the processing time of reports. Both indicators are not always proportional. There are times in which moderators process more reports in a specific time frame than in others, so even though the status gives you a rough estimation of the queue of reports, you cannot derive a processing time from this. 4-5 days and 1 week are relatively close to each other, so I suggest waiting some more days for the reports to be processed.

    That is certainly a valid question. If the cause of the delay of the creation date is not your fault, I would personally say that creating the reports after more than 7 days is fine. This, however, is then a grey area. Maybe someone from the Game Moderation Team can give you a more qualified answer here; if it is the case that you cannot submit those reports, I would agree that this is not well-thought-out
    and should be changed.

    You can submit your suggestion in the respective section of the forum. If you ask for my personal opinion on this, I do not think that this should be added because it takes away the anonymity of the moderator dealing with the report. You could then privately contact them to complain about decisions, which is not what TruckersMP wants. If you want to complain about a report or have questions about it, you can file a feedback ticket and the managers will be able to see who dealt with your report regardless of what you see on your end. So the possibility to ask questions or complain about processes always remains.

    I hope this answers your questions! Have a wonderful evening 🙂

    Kind regards

  4. NeonLeon's post in [ANSWERED] [HR + GMM] Bans & Recruitment was marked as the answer
    Hey!

    Thank you very much for your suggestion

    Your idea has already been brought up multiple times in the past, however, while discussing it internally, there were many contrary opinions, which is why it wasn't decided since. We definitely understand the reasoning behind your suggestion and we agree that people can change after a while and that someone who has four bans from 2016, as an example, should be allowed to apply after such a long time. One of the issues we have, is that reworking the system would require a lot of time for our developers because the whole recruiting system would have to be changed. Currently, only people with less than 4 bans (1-3 bans) can apply, players with more bans can't use the recruiting system. Although it is possible for our developers to change this system, it requires a lot of time and effort and that's one of the issues we have. There are other things on our agenda that are currently more important, many of these things can't be disclosed to the public yet but they need much time as well and we only have a limited number of developers with limited time. That's why it's possible that your suggestion can't be realized within the close future. What I want to guarantee at this point, however, is that I will make sure to bring your suggestion up and discuss it internally again. There are many positive aspects it has but as always, there are also negative aspects we have to keep in mind. We don't want to make a rushed decision, so discussions between the Human Resources and Development Team, as well as with the managers are needed. Nevertheless, I will make sure to forward your suggestion and if it comes to a change of the recruiting system, we will update the community as usual.

    I hope this answered your question. If you have anything else to add, don't hesitate to let me know.

    Have a great and calm evening!

    Hey!

    So, in short: You have got a download loop?

    Then you can find your answer here:
    1 .Download Ultrasurf / Windscribe.
    2 .Run Ultrasurf / Windscribe.
    3 .Open TruckersMP in Administrator Mode.
    4. Install the available updates (only the first run with Ultrasurf), wait for it to finish and Launch button appears.
    5. Exit Ultrasurf.

  6. NeonLeon's post in ets2 register error was marked as the answer
    Hey,

    Since one of the most recent Steam updates which has changed the privacy settings of existing Steam accounts, we are experiencing an increasing number of issues during either registering on TruckersMP or trying to link new games with existing TMP accounts. Usually, this is caused by incompatible Privacy settings on your Steam account and can be solved easily.

    1.) Firstly, you need to open your Steam library and hover with your cursor above your nickname at the top right corner of the window and click on 'Profile'.
    2.) Then, click on 'Edit Profile' at the right side of the window.
    3.) Thirdly, you will be redirected to the settings screen where you can change your nickname, avatar, location, etc. But that is not what we are up for right now. On the right-hand side, click on 'My Privacy Settings'.
    4.) Now, you have arrived at the Steam Privacy settings, where you can choose whether your profile status is set to Private, visible for friends only or completely public. In order to solve your issue, please ensure that both, the Steam-Profile as well as the Game Details are set to Public. Make sure that the checkbox next to 'Always keep my total playtime private even if users can see my game details' is NOT ticked. Here is a screenshot of the settings you have to apply: https://prnt.sc/j4gkew

    Once you have applied these settings, as shown above, the registration/linking of new games with your TruckersMP account should work without any issues. Normally, the activation should be done within a couple of minutes, but if it takes a bit longer it could be the case that the servers are busy at the given time. So if your game does not get added to your TMP account instantly, please be patient and just give it some time.

  7. NeonLeon's post in what does this mean was marked as the answer
    Hello dear @vuqar047,

    our administration staff is getting tons of reports every single day and it is pretty difficult to handle all of them. The ingame report system is the easiest way to report players without a recording program or large time to report the player via the website. The menu is working, there are just too many reports to handle them within ten minutes. Better to report those players via our website truckersmp.com/reports - an admin have to claim your report and have to deal with it as soon as possible. This is the best and most effective way for reporting.

    Multiple answers have been given, we would now like to know whether the problem has been solved or you need any further help

  8. NeonLeon's post in Ban History Clearence was marked as the answer
    Heya!

    You cannot "clear" your ban history. If they are older then one year, the green symbol at the left side of the ban description will turn yellow, but still remain in your history. Bans will only disappear from your account if they were a mistake - they would turn red and would be called "@banbymistake"
    In this case you won't be able to remove your bans.

    I just saw your ban from October 2017 - it will turn yellow at 5th october 2018 then, but will still remain

    Hello @T.C.,

    our administration staff is getting tons of reports every single day and it is pretty difficult to handle all of them. As a solution, we can't tell you more than just stay patient till your reports wil get assigned; just remember that they will - maybe some days later or earlier. Please respect that our Game Moderator team is doing their best to handle all the reports, but at some times it is almost not possible to do all that work within some days. I'm sure your reports will get handled soon!

    Good luck and all the best!

    The phone is not necessarily for the 2fa itself, but for recovery. Therefor while you are using your phone for 2fa, you can avoid security concerns by using something like Google Authenticator.
    Currently the 2fa requieres you provide a phone number to setup 2fa verification.
  11. NeonLeon's post in Hello, can someone explain something to me ? Thanks was marked as the answer
    Hello @SouNNNdEr22,

    There are two ways to report users within TruckersMP - Either by reporting in-game or by using the website if you have sufficient evidence.

    Ingame Reporting
    In order to report in-game, you first need to open the tab menu and right click in order to get access to a mouse cursor.
    Click on the user that you wish to report, select the reason and an In-Game Administrator will see to the report as soon as possible.
    If a player disconnected from the game, click on the history button towards the top right of the tab menu, there, you can report the user.
    When reporting users, please remember that an admin might not be online at that current moment in-time. However, when an admin is online, and they view your report, they have access to a form of replay feature, whereby they can see the last 2 minutes before you reported a user. If they ban for it, you will get a chat notification stating this.

    Website Reporting
    To report on the website, you require some form of evidence to prove that the user is breaking rules, this can either be video proof or photographic proof. In order to create a website report, navigate to the reporting page: truckersmp.com/reports (you need to be signed into the website to access it). When you're on the reports page, you need to click 'New Report' in order to create your report. You need to obtain the user's TruckersMP ID, there are many ways to do this, one of the easier ways of doing this is by searching their username into the TruckersMP website, once you've found the perpetrator's account, copy their TruckersMP ID from the URL present within the URL (truckersmp.com/user/[TMP ID]). Creating remainder of the report is quite self-explanatory, just be as truthful as you can as you can. When providing evidence, ensure that the admin doesn't have to physically download the video and play it, this is time consuming for the admin and overall un-necessary. Please remember, when providing video evidence to administration, they reserve the right to re-upload the video, as stated in the terms and conditions of reporting - This means that the TruckersMP administration could potentially use the video against you. Therefore, just remember this saying 'Just because someone else breaks a rule, it doesn't give you the right to'. By default, you can only have 10 open reports at a given time. However, as more reports get positively rated, you will gradually be able to create more at a given time. Lastly, please remember that insulting the administrator in any way within a report could result in a punishment for yourself.

  14. NeonLeon's post in I can't find a caravan (ets2) was marked as the answer
    Hello @Gjeaneman,

    at least for the standard caravan in TMP you need to have at least one skill point for Just-In-Time-Deliveries and Fragile Cargo in order to get the caravan trailers. If you are lacking these skill points on your profile, you simply won't see any caravans in the freight market. I don't know if you need the same skill points for the SP-mod, but it might be worth checking if you got these skills on your used profile.

    Hello @FatalAttraction,

    If core_ets2mp.dll is not working for whatever reason you can get the above error. Usually it appears when you try to update the multiplayer launcher with the game open.
    First, check if ATS  process is running. If so, end it and try again (via your Task manager). If this doesn't help delete core_ets2mp.dll, re-open launcher and re-download file.  Path: C:\ProgramData\TruckersMP

    Hi mate, can you please try the following:
    - Enter to the site with E-Mail, which you register on the site, not your game nickname, or Steam nickname;
    - Write your E-Mail and password in Notepad, and then copy them one by one paste in the login window, if you  not sure that your login and password is correct writing by yourself;
    - If none of the above advice does not help the situation, try to reset your password and log in again;
    - Do not use a password or E-Mail any symbols, password must being only characters and numbers;
    - Do not use Steam-account, if the game is not bought on it, and on the other account. With the «Steam Family Sharing»to play in multiplayer you can't to connect also;
    - Your e-mail address from a Steam account must match the email address used when you registered on  ETS2MP site. This is a very important point!
    - Run Steam, then press Profile> Edit Profile> My private setting and set a to all point is "Public";

    If none of the above works, then try these:

    1) Go on Documents-ETS2MP and delete client.edc
    2) Write your password and mail into a text file
    3) Open ETS2MP and copy the mail and the password from the text file created before on the ETS2MP login page with CTRL+V

    If none of the above works, then please send us a ticket over Support system.
