There is a option in the section where it says ban appeals which is where you need to go and file your appeal. The appeal will then be issued to the admin who removed you from the game. At that point while you are filling out the appeal please make sure that you indicate that you would like to see the evidence of why you were banned. NCZ means " Non Collision Zone Hack. Possibly but not saying for sure what it sounds like to me is that you were in a NCZ and used a speed hack to get out so you would not get hit. If this is the case that is classified as a VAC. Thanks for your reply and I already appealed on the website, I was just strange why I was banned because I always obey the regulations in the game and it was the first time to see this ban reason. I don't know how the admin judged my cheat, perhaps it was a misunderstanding. I was playing for several minutes in the game, and I found there were no other players in the game even though my internet connection seemed successful, then I just wanted to login in MP again, but I found I was banned at that moment, really strange and I was confused.

Ii do not ban for this because you don't know why he's there, his computer could be hung, his game hung, an issue with his controller or someone called him away urgently, I do not know and any of these reasons are not ban reasons.

One thing I know for sure is that it is not intentional blocking as it would be dumb to block when players could just drive around you. 

When in game I tpr for this, not worth a ban. I would just drive around.
