      you dont need scania dlc, it is part of scandinavia dlc. What you are trying to take is freight market job, you need to drive to Scania company and stop at the icon at start of company, there you enter menu and press "take job" that should work

      It is not like external contract where you just choose trailer 50km and go pick it up, in your case it is freight market job and you need to take it from actual company (company entrance)
