Mi compañero en su comentario te dejo varios links utiles para reportar a usuarios por racismo, si es que tenes pruebas validas.
Yo fui un simple camionero mas como lo es usted por 4 años, y llevo recien 1 solo como staff. En estos 5 años en general que tengo jugando en TruckersMP, jamas recibí un caso de racismo tal y como lo estas describiendo en tu comentario. Ni en ATS, ni en ETS2. En ambos juegos llevo el tag de "Argentina", y jamas fue un motivo de problemas relacionado a este tipo.
Jugadores toxicos hay en todos lados, pero nosotros, los administradores, no podemos ver que sucede en cada rincon del juego. Es por eso, que si lamentablemente sufris un caso de racismo, deberias usar el sistema de reportes en lugar del foro, ya que nosotros ya tenemos reglas en contra de eso. Ponerlo en el foro lamentablemente no te va a ayudar en tu situación.
En resumen: Si alguien te discrimina, usa nuestros sistemas de reportes tanto in-game como de la pagina web. Si no sabes como hacerlo, podes usar las guias que te dejó mi compañero Mystere en su comentario.

Si hay casos de racismo in-game, simplemente reporten a los usuarios y van a ser severamente castigados. Nosotros siempre tratamos de mantener la comunidad limpia, y vamos siempre a tratar de eliminar a la gente de este tipo que discrimina.

The police car is just an accessory, same thing that the pilot car that you all can use on our servers. We don't need to use that to deal with our activities in-game. We rarely use the police car.

No. Trust me, if you use the police car, the people still driving as always anyway. And also, many people when they see a police car, they start to follow us, which can be dangerous if they do a dangerous maneuver just to come with us. We just prefer to do our job undercover, so the people will not do a dangerous maneuver or something like that.

Yes, but real life is not the same than here. In real life the officers will use their police car to deal with their activities. They really need the car to do their job, and we don't need it. As i said before, the police car is only an accessory, and the 90% of the GM team prefer to do their job undercover, without people following them and etc.

Definitivamente, hay moderadores que hablen español. Te invito a ver el siguiente post donde vas a ver a todo el staff que habla español, tanto nativos como chicos que aprendieron:
Ademas, acá no hay discriminación hacia Latinoamérica o algo de eso. Hay muchos latinos en el staff, y algunos de ellos tienen cargos muy altos acá. Que hablen Español nativo solo hay 3 en Game Moderator, y 1 en Translator.

Todas las reglas y articulos de KB (Knowledge Base - Base de Conocimientos) están traducidos al Español tanto por mi como por Antonio, asi como las reglas también lo están. Te recomiendo pegarle una revisada mas de llena al foro y asi vas a encontrar mucha información util.

El NCZ lo pusieron en toda la ciudad de Duisburg, no de Calais. Este post está dirigido al NCZ del puerto en Calais.
De todas maneras este post está mal puesto acá, ya que tiene que ir en "Suggestions" de la sección en inglés, donde los Community Managers van a ver la situación junto con la administración del proyecto (Project Management)
