I feel like you answered your own question. If you were talking trash or nonsense then Community Moderators have every right to lock, move, or even delete topics as they see fit (within their training/permissions of course) If you have an issue with someone or something the best thing to do would be to submit a ticket to feedback and allow the corresponding Manager assist you. While, it can be a pain and or time consuming to wait for a reply via feedback sometimes if you don't submit your inquiry correctly you'll never get an explanation to what you want to know. I'll leave the link below to the feedback system, as mentioned just make sure you select the best category to allow the correct Manager to assist you.
