engine off and on

Every time when I drive my truck its engine automatically turning on and off. So what is the problem ? Is there any solution ?

I think this bug is already reported and it happens to everyone in populated areas.

Unfortunately you will have to wait for the developers to fix it. You can check the arrangements they make here;

As @Sinyor. mentioned, this is a bug with the game. There are no solutions as of now, but the devs are working on a fix.
