Steering permanent active after tab-ing while steering

Mod Version: 0.1.4 r3
Controllers Used: mouse and keyboard
Description of Issue:  when you steer (left/right arrows in my case) and press "y" (German Layout) for the mp-console, your steering will get locked and you can't steer anymore (into the other direction).

How to reproduce: Steer and press while steering tab or mp-console(y)

EDIT: Only happens when preesing "y" (mp-console). not tab

If you steer to your right, and youre chatting, the steer is going to right. When youre done chatting, press the button which let you to to right. Then you should be alright.

Just to note: Happens with all binds, not only w/ steering - simply press the key again

I think the solution is to press the key. Like me and FirestarteR said. So i suppose its solved?
