Regarding saving the game

So i have a major problem, when i save the game in MP i cant load it again, even in offline. I have to start in offline, to even play in MP which makes no sense is it only me who have this problem???

plz plz plz help me im getting crazy everytime loading the game... oh btw every time i start the game i get a dialog saying "couldn't find ur save file reverting to old save" then i start in my home office, long long away where i supposed to be saving in my last position..!!

Maybe try the following 2 Solutions.

 

Solutions 1;

Go to your Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2 folder and take a look if there's a folder named "steam_profiles". If yes, try to copy your folders from "profiles" into your "steam_profiles" folder. You can also try to do that the other way round - copy all folders from "steam_profiles" into the folder "profiles". Go ingame and hopefully you can see all your profiles listed.

 

and if the First one is not working try this.

 

Solution 2:

If you have any mods installed? If so, could you try to delete or move the mods somewhere else not in the ETS2 directory and then try to start it up again? The same thing happend to me a few months ago, because I had some mods installed.
