Introduction

If you are having trouble with your game then it might be useful to send us a crash log. In this quick guide I will show you how to do this with simple instructions and images.

1.          Open your file explorer and go to "My Documents"

3.           Locate and open Game.crash

5.          There will be a lot of text in this document. Select it all by pressing "CTRL+A" on the keyboard then copy it by either right clicking and selecting copy or by using the keyboard shortcut "CTRL+C"

6.           Paste all this text into a website such as https://pastebin.com by using the shortcut "CTRL+V"

7.           Scroll to the bottom and select "Create new paste" 

 

8.           The URL at the top of the page will change. Copy this URL  and use it to send the log to the required destination
