Me and my friend we find a problem today 01:50 am 26/10/19, I was playing this game and I told me friend to come and play with me and since we start the job, the game go to offline.

I look for help every where and I didin´t find this solucion, can someone help me and my frind fix this problem?

What job did you take? By the looks of it you’ve taken a job that multiplayer doesn’t support as yet hence why it’s looking like the server has kicked you. Clarification of what job you took should make this pretty easy for us to solve for you.

Strange...Was this during the night...did you make sure to have your lights on?
 

Were you kicked for being away from your keyboard? (There’s a 10 minute timer that starts from once you last moved)

 

Were you using a truck or a car? Did you have any police items on the car at all?

 

Can you remember what information in chat was given when you “went offline” at all?

Hello there,

 

Have you already tried whether you and your friend are able to take a new job now without being kicked? If you can, I'd guess the kick was caused by one of the following reasons:

  • you were away from you keyboard for over 10 minutes (as already mentioned),
  • your lights were turned off during night,
  • you were kicked for "unreliable connection".

It's also possible that the server had a temporarily crash, but it's pretty unlikely. Anyway, if you're now able to take jobs without being kicked, there isn't anything you need to worry about as kicks don't affect your player history in any way. And in order you still get kicked when trying to take a new job, please update this topic with the text that appears when getting kicked.
