Firstly, you have no more than 3 bans. You do not have many bans; Your received bans are inactive (yellow dot);

You do not have any or only a few forum warnings. You are registered on the website for at least 12 months. If you wanted to become an admin, you should have followed the rules. It's not impossible that you'll become one in the future, but in order to apply for ex: Moderator, Support. Suchlike requirements are needed.
