Hello,

few players had the same problem like you, they solved it by putting TruckersMP Launcher to exclusions in their antivirus programs.

If you're using Windows Defender: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4028485/windows-10-add-an-exclusion-to-windows-security

 

Also you can try this:

Download:

> .Net Framework (4.7) - https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=55170
> Visual Studio C++ 2015 - https://mega.nz/#!dd5CkZRb!10EByG7H0d096weC3WvEWBzPQvCRksriTXg14Hm5zG4

 

If the issue still occurs, try to do the following:
> Download Ultrasurf - https://mega.nz/#!BQog3IzS!c6j4EZydSI2fYpxS5OvrYSsQBocTGqRxnECSHG0iFE4 
> Run Ultrasurf.
> Open TruckersMP in Administrator Mode.
> Install the available updates (only the first run with Ultrasurf), wait for it to finish and Launch button appears.
> Exit Ultrasurf.

> Restart your router

Hello 

   

If this solutions did not help you , then you can try to re-instlall TruckersMP Launcher

But you are remember , you must delete everything about TruckersMP.

 

1: Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard
2:Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (without the quotes)
3:Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder.Then go to Documents and remove this folders : ETS 2 / ATS MP remove.
4:Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher"
5: Go to our website and re-download and install the Launcher with admin privileges  https://truckersmp.com/download
6:Open The Launcher with admin privileges and click "Install Available Updates
