Friend cant sign in after created a account

I have a friend that just made a new account but he cant sign in so we tried to reset his password but it says his email isnt registered and when we try to start a new one with his steam it says his steams already registered

in this case he can open support ticket (login with steam) and ask for deleting account or telling him his email and password.
