Please, have a look into this topic: 

 

When you click on the topic I linked you above, you should be able to see the required information as well as solutions to the problem you are facing at the moment. To find out the information about the problem you are facing (as the topic includes solutions to many other issues as well), click on the underlined text "core_ets2mp.dll" (as shown in this screenshot: http://prntscr.com/mgv3u6) and you should be able to see the same crash message that you are facing at the moment. Below the screenshot of the crash message, there are solutions to the problem you are facing. Remember to follow them carefully.

Hi there,

Please try to delete core_ets2m.dll and than run TMP as Admin.
