After a 3 day ban my friend still can't join

On January 23 my friend was banned for reckless driving as he accidentally hit someone. He got a 3 day ban and it should be over by now but he is not allowed to join back to the United States server on American Truck and he cannot get a hold of staff so I decided to ask this for him. He can join every other server on both games as well
