Can I play MP with the version Version 1.32.3.7? It doesn't work . Please some feedback?

please try to change your game version to a temporary one.

No you will not be able to play at 1.32 since it is a beta version and multiplayer does not support this version of the game.
If you are on 1.32 you need to click "opt out of all beta versions"
