ats mp downgraded and other problem

Hi I was just playing ats going well, until the game started to freeze/lag, so I closed it down and found out about a update ref volvo, so I tried to start mp up again and got the error where you have to downgraded but can not find on the list/beta in steam games, then I tried to update game to find out it say is missing file privileges. can someone help me please?

The Update for MP is not compatible but you can play the out opt version of it till TMP sort it out with the VNL

If you wish to play ATSMP without the error, please disable the Volvo DLC and you should be able to connect to our servers.
