How to get mods?

I dont know how to get mods because whenever i try to drag the mods into mods folder and i start truckersmp it says a red exclamation mark. And i dont know how to fix it please help

First off welcome to TruckersMP! Nice to have you,

 

Mods are not compatible with TruckersMP as the whole community that plays would need to download that mod in order for the system to work. However, there are some added things (That are compatible) like this sound mod:
