You must select a valid ATS path...

I did and still will not let me install it. Any idea's what I'm doing wrong?

Select the place where you installed your American Truck Simulator , Usually C:\Program Files (x86)\ Steam\steamapps\common\American Truck Simulator\

It would be great if you provided us the path you selected. Anyway, I can recommend you to right click on ATS in your Steam library, select "Properties", click "Local Files" and then "Browse Local Files". In the end you have to copy that directory path in the installer.

The most common path for ATS is;

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\American Truck Simulator

 

Make sure to locate that when installing American Truck Simulator

 

You can do the following to also help locate the path if you're having issues;

• Head over to Steam and find your American Truck Similator in your games
• Right click and head over to properties
• Go to local files and browse local files
