Friend can't play TruckersMP (SOLVED)

EliteK1ng88 is trying to download TruckersMP but he can't because it's saying he hasn't played the games for 2 hours, but he's played them for longer than that. What can we do to fix it?

He is follow these steps and try again;

 

1-)log in to your steam account and enter your profile, click on the ''Edit Profile'' section.

2-)My Privacy Settings>PUBLIC Game Details>PUBLIC. He can get help from the image below.

Has your friend place all of his Steam settings to public? If not, he should start there and wait a few hours for it to update.
