when i do my first mission on Euro Truck Simulator. it says that i am like 123450 hours behind and then i cant find a mission please help me i really want to play.

Ah, that's a very common issue. It's because of the time difference between your game time and the server time, so what you have to do is do something to advance your time to catch up

 

You can use F7 + Enter (Teleport to service), use a ferry or the channel tunnel (Teleport between places), teleport to another garage, or you can reset your economy using the config files using this guide:
